FRECOM LTD was one of the first independent Russian consultancies to offer professional environmental protection and industrial safety services in the Russian Federation. Since its foundation in 1993 FRECOM has become a leader in the given sphere of activity, having successfully completed more than 200 specialized projects both in Russia and near abroad.

Company`s management places special emphasis on quality assurance, safety and environmental issues in the course of works and services. Focused on continuous improvement principle, Quality Assurance Policy and Safety and Environmental Policy were accepted and introduced by the Company.

 

FRECOM has introduced Quality Management System (QMS), which was certified in 2005 for compliance with international standard ISO 9001:2000. The Certificate was issued by Bureau Veritas Certification, an international certification agency. The recertification procedure was successfully completed in 2008, and in 2009 our Quality Management System was updated to a new version of ISO 9001:2008 (Certificate # RU228095Q-U).

 

Aiming to enhance customer satisfaction with respect to our Key Client – The Gazprom Group – FRECOM has developed it’s QMS to meet the requirements of Gazprom Standard “STO Gazprom 9001-2006”. In December 2010, FRECOM’s QMS was approved to be in conformance with this Standard by Certification Association «Russian Register» - a leading Russian certification organization (Certificate # ГО00.RU.1415.К00070)

 

Since September 2011 FRECOM Ltd. has been accredited as a technically competent and independent Certification Authority to the Voluntary Certification System on Occupational Health and Safety.
